On 25 May 2018, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) came into force, which aims to guarantee the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right.
We would like to continue sending you information about our plans and services, whilst endeavouring to respect your right to privacy. For this we need to obtain your express consent. At MTVD2, LDA we respect your privacy and thank you for your trust.
Your data will be processed by MTVD, which is a trademark of MTVD2, LDA, legal person number 513 999 124 with registered office at Rua 1.º de Maio, Lote n.º 1 , Mosteiró – 4485-916 Vila do Conde. Within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation, this company will be responsible for processing personal data.
1. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to demonstrate its commitment to and respect for the rules governing the protection of personal data. MTVD2, LDA is willing to respect and adopt procedural and technological measures to protect the privacy of Customers and Users of its website and applications, as well as its products and service.
2. Personal data is defined as any information, of any nature and regardless of its medium, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
3. Personal data will only be collected when permitted by the respective owner, implying knowledge and acceptance of the conditions contained in this Privacy Policy. By disclosing your personal data, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of such data in accordance with the rules defined in the applicable collection instruments.
4. The personal data collected is intended to be used for statistical purposes and in promotions and direct marketing actions by MTVD2, LDA, when accepted by the data subject.
5. The organisation responsible for collecting and processing personal data is the MTVD trademark, owned by MTVD2, LDA.
6. In compliance with Law no. 67/98 of 26 October on the Protection of Personal Data, the computerised processing of the data collected is carried out by MTVD2, LDA.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy and materials will apply to activities and data collected in the future. In order to adopt and continue to comply with the GDPR, its evaluation and review every 4 years from 25 May 2020 reserves MTVD2, LDA the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
8. Whenever the processing of data is based on the consent of the data subject or is necessary for the fulfilment of obligations or the exercise of specific rights of the controller or the data subject, and there are legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by third parties, the Customer or User may contact MTVD2, LDA in case of any doubt about the Privacy Policy, or to withdraw their consent to this processing without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out, based on the consent itself. This operation will be carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
9. The Customer or User, as the holder of the personal data, has the right to request, through the contacts mentioned below and under the terms of the applicable law, access to their personal data; the correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete; the deletion of personal data; the total or partial limitation of the processing of personal data; the right to object to processing and the right to portability of personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
The Customer or User may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the GDPR has been violated.
